are here because you have had an unfortunate accident and
would like to report a claim. While we cannot set back the
clock and undo the accident or minimise the shock of being
involved in a mishap, we will make sure that your claim is
processed with minimum fuss and bother to you. There are some
simple guidelines for you to follow so that handling of your
claim becomes easier. You will find Homeowners

claim forms that can be completed and submitted to us online.
Claim Forms in respect of other classes of business can be
downloaded, completed e-mailed or faxed to us. You can also
call our 24 hours Claims Helpline and report your claim.
You will be provided with basic guidance on the immediate
steps to be taken and our surveyor will get in touch within
24 hours of your reporting the incident. If you have experienced
any difficulty or have any suggestions to improve our service

You
must report all accidents to the Traffic police and obtain
a report.
If your car is less than 3 years old then you can take it
to a garage of your choice and request them to submit their
estimate of repairs to us.
If your policy includes replacement of car then call Gulf
Assist on phone no. 80001222 with details of your accident
and copy of traffic police report and pick up the replacement
car from the point advised.
Send a claim intimation to us immediately with all the supporting
papers that you may have such as traffic police reports, estimate
etc

All incidents of Fire, explosion must be reported
to Civil Defence. All incidents of theft must be reported to
the Police station for your area. Any damage to you or your
property caused by the impact of a motor vehicle must be reported
to the Traffic police. Claims Helpline will guide you through
this process.
Our surveyor will get in touch within 24 hours of reporting
a claim. If necessary, we may appoint a Loss Adjuster, who is
an independent expert, to investigate, establish the cause and
adjust the loss. If you help the Loss Adjuster with all his
requirements then the settlement of the claim can become quick
and efficient.
Make a list of all the damaged items and keep all the supporting
papers available to establish costs and expenses.

First and foremost, protect your cargo or vessel
from further damage.
Depending on the nature of claim, it may also be necessary for
you to notify the claim to carriers and/or other parties responsible
for the loss.
Then contact our office at the earliest opportunity. In case
the loss occurred at a place other than Bahrain or Kuwait, contact
the survey agent whose contact information appears in the policy
document
